Ashley Mills began her career as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice, where everything quickly clicked. She became captivated by all aspects of medical dermatology, from complex skin conditions to surgical procedures. Over the next seven years, she gained extensive experience working alongside top dermatologists, deepening her knowledge and fueling her love for skincare.
In 2024, Ashley earned her Master Cosmetology License with a focus on aesthetics. Her background allows her to bridge the clinical and cosmetic sides of patient care, bringing both knowledge and attention to detail to her role.
At The Lookshop, Ashley plays a vital part in ensuring both patients and providers are supported at every step. She works hard behind the scenes to anticipate needs, manage appointments smoothly, and contribute to a calm, professional environment where quality care is the priority.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time by the water—whether it’s a pool, lake, or beach—with a good book and her SPF always close by.
